FAQ
What is the minimum order?
There is no single-model minimum: you can mix models in one container. Minimums for custom colours or branding are confirmed per order.
Do you quote FOB or CIF?
Both. Tell us your destination port and we quote FOB China or CIF.
How do you handle payment?
Payment terms are agreed in the proforma invoice for each order – ask us for the options.
Can you guarantee customs clearance?
No. We help prepare documents and check requirements with your broker, but import approval and clearance are the importer's responsibility.
Can I see the vehicles before shipment?
Yes – we send pre-shipment inspection photos and video. Third-party inspection can be arranged at your request.
